Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using NikahCircle. By using our platform you agree to be bound by them.

Section 1 — About NikahCircle
NikahCircle is a Software-as-a-Service platform that provides rishta aunties (Muslim matchmakers) with branded matrimonial portals. There are three types of users on NikahCircle: the Super Admin (NikahCircle itself), Rishta Aunties (who subscribe to NikahCircle and operate their own portals), and Clients (marriage candidates and their families who use an aunty's portal). These terms apply to all users.
Section 2 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NikahCircle. By using this platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. NikahCircle is intended for Muslims seeking marriage — use for any other purpose is prohibited.
Section 3 — Accounts and Authentication
NikahCircle uses magic link authentication — we send a login link to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You may not share your account with anyone. You may not create multiple accounts. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at hi@nikahcircle.com.
Section 4 — Terms for Rishta Aunties
4a. Subscription
To operate a portal on NikahCircle, you must pay a monthly SaaS fee. Your portal will remain active as long as your subscription is current. If payment is not received by the 5th of each month, your portal will be suspended and your clients will be unable to access it until payment is made.
4b. Your Portal
You are responsible for everything that happens on your portal. You must review all profiles submitted by your clients before approving them. You must not approve profiles you know to be false or misleading. You must handle your clients professionally and fairly.
4c. Client Payments
You collect subscription fees from your clients directly and entirely offline. NikahCircle is not a party to these transactions. You set your own fees. You collect payment in whatever method works for you and your clients. You then confirm receipt of payment in your dashboard by pressing the Go Live button.
4d. Go Live Responsibility
By pressing the Go Live button, you are confirming two things: that you have received payment from the client, and that you have reviewed and approved the client's profile. This action makes the profile visible to all users of your portal and grants the client full access for one year. Use this button responsibly.
4e. Portal Conduct
You must not use your portal for any purpose other than matrimonial matchmaking. You must not discriminate unlawfully. You must maintain the trust of your clients.
Section 5 — Terms for Clients
5a. Profile Submission
You may submit one profile per aunty portal. Your profile must be accurate and truthful. You must not impersonate anyone. You must not submit profiles on behalf of someone without their knowledge and consent.
5b. Profile Approval
Your profile will only go live after two conditions are met: you have paid your aunty her subscription fee (offline), and your aunty has reviewed and approved your profile. NikahCircle has no involvement in this process.
5c. Subscription
Your subscription lasts one year from the date your aunty activates it. After one year your profile will be automatically hidden and your full access will be reverted to limited access. To renew, pay your aunty again and she will reactivate your profile.
5d. Multiple Portals
You may register on multiple aunty portals independently. Your subscription status on one portal has no effect on your status on another portal. Each aunty manages her own client subscriptions separately.
5e. Contact Responsibility
When you contact another candidate via WhatsApp (information visible to subscribers), you must conduct yourself with Islamic adab (etiquette) and respect. NikahCircle is not responsible for communications that happen outside the platform.
Section 6 — Profile Content Rules
All users must ensure their profile content is: truthful and accurate, respectful and appropriate, not misleading or fraudulent, not offensive, explicit, or inappropriate. NikahCircle and rishta aunties reserve the right to remove any profile that violates these rules without notice or refund.
Section 7 — Prohibited Conduct
You must not: submit false profile information, harass or intimidate other users, attempt to scrape, copy, or download profile data, use the platform for commercial purposes other than as intended, attempt to bypass subscription access controls, impersonate another person or aunty, use the platform for anything other than halal matrimonial matchmaking, attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.
Section 8 — WhatsApp and Off-Platform Communication
NikahCircle provides WhatsApp numbers of subscribed candidates to subscribers to facilitate contact. All communication that happens via WhatsApp or any other channel outside NikahCircle is entirely outside our control and responsibility. NikahCircle bears no liability for any outcome of off-platform communication. Users are expected to involve their families and follow Islamic principles in all matrimonial interactions.
Section 9 — Payments
9a. Aunty SaaS Fee
Monthly fees paid by aunties to NikahCircle are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Suspending your portal does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
9b. Client Subscription Fee
Fees paid by clients to aunties are a private matter between those two parties. NikahCircle is not involved, does not mediate disputes, and bears no responsibility for these transactions.
9c. No Payment Processing
NikahCircle does not handle any money. We have no payment gateway. We store no financial information.
Section 10 — Disclaimer of Warranties
NikahCircle provides a technology platform only. We make no guarantees about: the accuracy of profiles submitted by users, the character or suitability of any candidate, the outcome of any matrimonial introduction, the conduct of rishta aunties or their clients. The platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Section 11 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NikahCircle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or outcomes of matrimonial introductions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to NikahCircle in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Section 12 — Termination
NikahCircle may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice. Aunty portals will be suspended for non-payment. You may delete your own account at any time. Upon termination your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Section 13 — Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Section 14 — Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international law. As NikahCircle serves users worldwide, we aim to comply with the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate.
